Viking Dragon Belt Stud in Jelling Style

This Viking belt stud is my own design with a dragon motif in the 10^th century Jelling style. I have based it on various finds, using my own Jelling style design. The dragon was a well-known motif in Viking art. The vikings told tales of dragons who guarded ancient treasure. In their art they often used the symbol of the dragon as a guardian against danger.

The stud has a central rivet that needs a back plate or washer. Then it must be peaned over.
